Pros: something for most age groups Cons: too many ads
"in the May issue, nearly all the recipes were for Latino dishes, except for the few in Paula Deen's article. Most fashions are geared up to age 49, but there are readers way past that age group. But I do love everything else about the magazine, and I know that you try to please all. Thank you for years of good reading."

Pros: I love everything about it. Cons: None
"I have read Good Housekeeping since I was 10 years old and I am now 67. My mother was a suscriber and so am I. I love the magazine! The day it comes in the mail I read it from cover to cover and make copies of the articles and recipes that I want to save. Then I take turns taking the magazine to the local Senior Center, Hospice, Hospital, Junior College, free lunch program and often I place it on the bus stop bench."

Pros: wide variety of subjects Cons: menues too exotic
"I have gotten this magazine for a number of years and always find it full of interesting and helpful articles. In the spirit of the times, I recycle the magazine. Not in the usual manner of speaking. I take Good Housekeeping to my daughter-in-law in Israel and she shares it with her mother, 3 sisters and friends. When everyone has finished with the magazine, it is then given to a nursery school where they cut out pictures. Now that is recycling! It also shows you the range of information contained in each issue."

Pros: Need recipes for cooking for two Cons: Need more information in the Health section
"This magazine is very interesting, been reading since, 1966. I would like longer stories and more articles about Heatlh and cooking for 2. Easy recipes for 2 NOT the exotic recipes. Keep up the good work. LOVE YOUR MAGAZINE"

Missing the short story,
August 4, 2007
By Tess
"I am a longtime subscriber to Good Housekeeping. One of my favorite things each month was to read the short story that was in each issue. There have been a lot of changes in the format of the magazine, most notably the story has disappeared. I sure miss it !!!!!"

I can't live without it!!,
March 27, 2007
By Kate
"I just started subscribing and I'm hooked! I get a lot of magazines but Good Housekeeping is by far my favorite. I'm also a very conservative person and haven't found it at all offensive like some others. The articles are really interesting and it always has a few good recipes!!"

Good Housekeeping,
April 5, 2006
By Lloyalfrom Great Falls MT
"I love Good Housekeeping. I have been reading it since I was very young. My mother and I would have a contest to see who could get to the magazine first. I usually won since she worked long hours and I got the mail first. I have subscribed to the magazine most of my adult life and when I don't I miss it greatly and still have to borrow my mother's, who is now a young 71. Thank you for a great source of information and entertainment."
